Step
2 - Finding a Property
Our lettings consultants are specially trained to assist
tenants to find properties to rent that will meet their needs.
We maintain a database of prospective tenants and their specific
requirements.
As properties become available, our first action is to contact
waiting tenants on the database whose requirements match the
property.
Typically, properties to rent become available about two months
before occupancy date, so where possible it is advisable to
start looking early.
Step
3 - Be the first to view
We are flexible on viewing times and can work around your
work commitments if required.
To secure a viewing on a property you have seen online, it
is imperative you register your interest promptly to avoid
disappointment.
If you have seen a property listed online which is no longer
available, please let one our consultants know immediately
as we can arrange for our team to source a similar property
for you, allowing you to focus on other tasks.
Step
4 - Making an offer / offer agreed
Once you have successfully found the right property, you
will be asked to make an offer and request any special conditions
you may have.
Meanwhile we will ask you to fill in our application form
and ask for the referencing documentation.
We will then put the offer forward to the landlord for their
agreement.
Step
5 - Referencing
Once you’re offer has been accepted we will commence
with the referencing and a tenancy will be granted subject
to satisfactory references being obtained.
At this point we will request a £500 holding deposit
to secure the property (this amount is deductable from the
security deposit payable prior to move in).
Step
6 - Completion
Upon completion of references, we will request you pay your
advance rent and security deposit. Upon receiving these in
cleared funds we will prepare your tenancy agreement for
signing and arrange a check in to be carried out.
Congratulations you will now receive a set of keys for your
new home and you can move in.
